Target Audience Individuals who want to boost their conflict management skills.
Objective This course provides participants with the tools and techniques for managing disputes and disagreements in a positive manner.
Course Content Participants will learn to:

-Identify the underlying causes of conflict
-Understand the five levels of conflict
-Identify barriers to conflict management
-Identify your conflict management behavior using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Assessment
-Demonstrate empathy by listening for thoughts and feelings
-Build trust and transparency
-Choose appropriate strategies and tools to manage and/or resolve conflicts
-Become aware of your emotional triggers and how to control them
-Deal with difficult behavior
-Create a personal action plan
