|Target Audience||All Fermilab employees who already have foundational knowledge and skills in MS Office 2010 and are transitioning to Office 2013/Office 365.|
|Objective||To acquaint you with the new look of Office 2013/Office 365 and to explore common features.|
|Course Content||This course briefly touches on each application, the exciting new features of each, and the enhancements made since Office 2010. Ramp up your collaboration and efficiency by learning about the Office 2013/Office 365 Interface and how to:
-Modify Word Documents
-Work with Spreadsheets
-Develop Dynamic PowerPoint Presentations
-Manage Tasks in Outlook
-Share Microsoft Office Files.
You will explore the new features of Word including editing PDFs and working within tables. Discover how to streamline your workflow using enhanced Excel templates, accelerate data insertion with flash fill and review enhanced data analysis. Evaluate the improved presenter view; apply a theme from the start screen and use the increased collaborative tools of PowerPoint. Review the new features of Outlook, including social networking.
|Instructor's Comments||There is no fee for this class. However, if you withdraw from the class 5 business days or fewer before the scheduled date and do not find a replacement, or, if you fail to attend on the scheduled date, you will be charged $125.
