| Course Type | This course provides you with a current overview of the laws relating to people management. Topics include: EEO laws, fair employment practices, harassment prevention, successful performance management, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA. |
| Instructor's Comments | There is no fee for this course. However, if you withdraw from the class 10 business days or fewer before the scheduled date and do not find a replacement, or, if you fail to attend on the scheduled date, you will be charged $200. |
