Target Audience Individuals who want to manage their time more effectively and learn techniques to increase their productivity.
Objective Understand the dynamics of how you manage your work, time and communication. Learn how to increase your productivity through: Prioritizing, Scheduling and Managing Interruptions.
Course Content -Identify time wasters and learn how to effectively address them
-Manage multiple priorities based on importance and urgency
-Redirect your efforts to the most important and valid tasks
-Optimize daily interactions with communication that is prioritized and clear among team members
-Identify ways to deal with distractions and minimize interruptions
-Implement tools and techniques for effective multi-tasking and scheduling
